The responsibilities

Tasks to do:

Support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding.
Administer HR policies, procedures, and programs in line with company values and local labor laws.
Manage talent acquisition, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure a smooth experience for new hires.
Handle employee relations matters, helping to resolve issues fairly and in a timely manner.
Support performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback cycles.
Manage HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, updating HRIS, and preparing HR documents.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
Support training and development initiatives across the company.
Promote employee engagement through events, surveys, and internal communications.
Comply with ISO27001 standards

OUR IMPOSSIBLE MATCH

Ideal Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role, preferably in a tech or fast-paced environment.
Solid understanding of labor legislation and HR best practices.
Experience with HR software (RecruiterFlow) is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity.
Fluent in English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus.
Able to multitask and adapt in a growing, agile company.
